By accessing or using Investly (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Service Description
Investly is a portfolio tracking tool for the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE). It allows you to record transactions, monitor holdings, and analyze performance. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
User Responsibilities
- —You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- —You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (e.g., transaction prices, quantities).
- —You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data or disrupting infrastructure.
Disclaimers
Not Financial Advice. Investly does not provide investment recommendations, buy/sell signals, or financial advice. Portfolio values, profit/loss calculations, and alerts are provided as tracking tools only. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Data Accuracy. While we strive for accuracy, market data is sourced from the CSE and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies. Calculated values (fees, P&L, break-even prices) are estimates based on standard CSE fee structures and may not reflect your actual brokerage charges.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investly and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on data displayed in the application.
Availability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly during CSE system maintenance or unexpected outages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
